Border Legislative Conference

The Border Legislative Conference is a joint program of the Council of State Governments (CSG) - WEST and its regional partner in the South, the Southern Legislative Conference (SLC), aimed at enhancing collaboration and communication among state legislators of the United States and Mexico. The Border Legislative Conference is also a member of the U.S.-Mexico State Alliance Partnership, also managed by CSG-WEST.

NACTS works with the Border Legislative Conference on a number of projects, including the report "Assessing Scrap Tire Legislation in the U.S.-Mexico Border States: Phase I Report to the Council of State Governments-WEST/ Border Legislative Conference," produced by NACTS for the BLC in November 2009.
