North American Forum on Integration (NAFI)

The North American Forum on Integration (NAFI) is a non-profit organization based in Montréal (Québec) Canada devoted to developing North American dialogue and networks. Created in 2002 by NAFI executive director and NACTS board member Christine Fréchette, NAFI aims to build awareness on the issues raised by North American integration and identifies long-term solutions, as well as to instill a North American mindset in the leaders of future generations.

NAFI'S OBJECTIVES:
On a general basis, the objectives of NAFI are:

NAFI organizes an annual North American mock parliament called the Triumvirate. This innovative event allows a hundred Canadian, American and Mexican university students to better understand the North American dynamic as well as the challenges faced by NAFTA partners.  NACTS has sponsored and participated in the Triumvirate since 2007 by sending ASU student delegates and advisors. The most recent and 5th edition of the Triumvirate was held in Querétero, Mexico on May 30-June 4, 2010.  See the NACTS Project Page on the Triumvirate.
